Afternoon practice will be from 230p-400p Tuesday-Thursday at the Kyle location. We prefer the practices be broken out like this, but if you must do the opposite, there will likely be enough lanes (20) to make it work.

230p-315p: All kids ages 11-18

315p-400p: All kids ages 5-10

There are two steps to attend this practice.

1. Fill out the Nitro Afternoon Registration form. This lets coaches know who's coming
2. From the above registration form, there is a link to fill out Nitro's waiver. This must be filled out before attending practice. Please don't have your swimmer arrive without filling this out. 

Join us for a Pep rally for Champs!!!  All age groups should come for the fun and games in the the pool with their beloved coaches. Please arrive at 8:30am in your Stingrays shirt to get ready for the team photo!!

Please Bring: Stingrays shirt, swim suits, towels, water to drink and make sure you eat breakfast before you come.
