2022 Practice Schedule - May 3 to May 27

As our community grows, we have to continue to adapt our practice schedule for swimmer safety, quality of practice, and experience of our coaches. Please take note of the schedule for your swimmer.

This is the schedule during the School Year

 A schedule will be posted soon for the Summer period. Thank you!

Practice takes place Tuesday through Friday.

5:45 to 6:15 6 and Under (boys and girls)

7:45 to 8:15 13 and 14 (boys and girls)
8:15 to 9:00 15 and Up (boys and girls)

2022 Practice Schedule - Summer Schedule

Once School is out, we will be shifting our practice schedule to the mornings. 

This schedule is from 5/31 to 6/24.

Practice's will continue to be Tuesday through Friday.

7:30 to 8:00 6 and Under (boys and girls)
8:00 to 8:30 Girls 7 and 8
8:30 to 9:00 Boys 7 and 8
9:00 to 9:30 Girls 9 and 10
9:30 to 10:00 Boys 9 and 10
10:00 to 10:40 11 and 12 (boys and girls)
10:40 to 11:20 13 and 14 (boys and girls)
11:20 to 12:00 15 and Up (boys and girls)
9:00pm to 9:50pm 15 and Up (boys and Girls) OPTIONAL

  • Swimmers just need their goggles and a towel. Anything else they may need will be provided.
  • Any swim suit may be worn at practice. A lot of kids like to wear their Stingray swim suit.
  • If your swimmer wants to wear a swim cap on race day, they may want to wear it with their goggles at practice (at least a few times) before the meet.
  • Usually, the Tuesday or Wednesday after a swim meet, ribbons are ready to be picked up for swimmers that placed 1-6 in an event or had a new personal best time in an individual event.  Swimmers (or their parents) can get any ribbons earned from the girls or boys ribbons box. Look for the folder with the swimmer's name on it. Ribbons are inside their folder.
