Pep rally for Champs.  All age groups should come for the fun!

Dear Stingray Families,

We're excited to host another delicious Carb Up dinner! This will be at the Shady Hollow Community Center on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 6:30-9pm. We will enjoy a meal together, celebrate the 40th anniversary with some cake and continue on the tradition of the coach skits and dance party.

We have reverted our dinner back to the potluck option that you all enjoy so much! We will provide precooked pasta and cake. Please sign up for the additional food items needed on SwimTopia.

To ensure everyone enjoys the tasty dishes, we've put together some guidelines for your contributions, especially if you're planning to bring a dish with meat. We appreciate your contributions and participation.

• Please ensure all meatballs are in pre-cooked packages and are also fully cooked according to the package.
• Please bring the box or nutrition label with your dish to reference the list of ingredients.

We are looking forward carbing up with you and celebrating our hard working Stingrays!

Stroke & Turn Training will be held again this year at the Kick Off Party (Saturday, April 27) so you don’t have to try to fit it in during the week. Trainees will get a FREE STINGRAY S&T t-shirt (while supplies last & same design as last year) and credentials upon completion of the training.

• ALL PARENTS, please fill in the form to RSVP with your preferred training date/time. Fill in the form the best you can NOW. More times will be announced soon.
• Training is good for two years.
  • If you have been previously trained, it may be time for your refresher.
  • You can attend if you would just like to review for the upcoming season.
• You get to learn more about what your child is doing.
• It will allow you another option when you volunteer.
• Join us at 1:30pm by the deep end of the pool.
