    Entrances

Swimmers, coaches, and volunteers will enter the natatorium entrance which faces parking lot 104. Volunteer check-in will be at this entrance. There will be EZ-Up tents set-up between the parking lot and the swim center for team check-in. We want swimmers to enter the Swim Center as a Team. This will ensure the swimmer gets to the proper seating area and are not late for warm-ups.

Attendees will enter the main door of the Rec Center which faces Kyle Field. The spectator entrance to the natatorium will be up the staircase just inside the entrance. Elevators are available at the staircase.

    Swimmer Food

Because teams are expected to enter and leave together its important that you send food with your swimmer before they enter their session. Swimmers are requested to stay on the deck during their session. Parents are not allowed on the desk and there will not be enough zoo keepers to escort kids out of the swim center.

    Spectator Food

Just inside the Rec Center MAIN entrance is a Deli that will be operating during our meet. This is not accessible by the swimmers during their session, only those who are in the spectator area.

    Parking

The surface lots around Reed Arena and Olsen Field will be Free on Saturday. The West Campus Garage located immediately adjacent to the Rec Center is paid parking, as is Lot 61 on the other side of WCG. Do not park in lot 104, this is for swimmer/volunteer drop off. The surface lots of Olsen and Reed will be free that day.

    Swimmer Zoo Location

The Stingrays will be seated in two sections, marked SH-Girls and SH-Boys. See map. Please give your zoo keeper your cell phone number so they can communicate with you as needed.
