Join us for a Pep rally for Champs!!! 

This fun event will take place on Friday, June 19th at 8:30am at the Capistrano Pool.  

Team Photo will be taken first (in their team shirt), then time for the fun!!!!! Huge thanks to Sasha Haagensen for taking our team picture! 

ALL STINGRAYS should stay for the fun and games in the pool with their beloved coaches. Please have your stingray arrive on time, in their Stingray t-shirt, over their swim suits. Pack a towel and water to drink, just like at practice. Make sure you eat breakfast before you come! Watermelon will be served as a snack.
