Happy Tuesday!

It’s not you, it’s me... I haven’t sent Tuesday emails out for a few weeks in an effort to keep your weekly Stingray emails to a minimum. But I’m back with some important stuff so you guys get emails from Mr. AND Mrs. Hughes this week.

First and foremost, the volunteers this season have been KILLIN’ IT! You guys are fantastic and should be proud of the role you play in this team!

There is a lot going on this week so why not add a fun new element? If you read your emails carefully this week, there will be prize opportunities. Maybe your first clue can be found below. :)

1) If you haven’t made it to the end of Adam’s meet emails, you should make an extra effort this week. Two different Meet information emails will be sent AND he has been putting the funny stuff at the end.

2) Sign up to volunteer for BOTH meets when you sign your swimmer up for BOTH meets. The hosting teams would like VOLUNTEER LISTS BY THURSDAY. Please dig deep for this double meet weekend. Your Stingrays need you!

3) Swimmer sign up for BOTH meets (Saturday @ Travis Country AND Sunday @ Circle C) will BOTH have the regular swimmer entry deadline of THIS Thursday @ NOON.

4) CHAMPS swimmer sign up will begin Thursday, June 8 and will close the following Thursday (6/15) at NOON.

5) Restrictions on who can stay on the pool deck during CHAMPS will be set to VOLUNTEERS ONLY. To qualify for these positions, you must have volunteered for them during the season. We still have 3 meets of regular season volunteer opportunities. Those individuals that qualify to be on deck will be notified when our team has been assigned volunteer spots.
