So you’ve volunteered, what next?

Saturday morning anyone volunteering, CHECK IN. (Set Up volunteers will beat me there, you don't need a sticker.) Get your volunteer sticker badge in the volunteer area (by the entry gate). This is a self serve situation. They are on the sticker sheets in alphabetical order by last name.

Some positions get a special email from the Head of that group during the week with special instructions. Follow those instructions.

If you didn’t get a special email with instructions, don’t worry. At 7:30, Shift 1 AND Shift 2 Volunteers for all other positions will have their morning meeting with the Heads in your respective areas. If you don’t know where that is? Ask. There are a lot of helpful people that can point you in the right direction.

PHOTO INFO: Sasha was able to book more time for Stingray photos. If you didn’t get to book a spot, but wanted to, there are times available THIS SUNDAY (5/7) and on 5/21. Sign your Stingray up for a photo session if you are interested.
