Dear Stingray Families,

Please bear with me through this long message, but read the attachment as there is pertinent information for your next two seasons included in this message.

Now that the phenomenal 2022 UNDEFEATED season is behind us, it is time to look forward to 2023 and 2024. As you all know, the Stingray team is a volunteer-run organization. The Stingray Board of Directors are elected and appointed parent volunteers who give their time to allow this organization to do its great work in our community and to serve our children.

The Stingray Bylaws provide Board elections every year, with two positions turning each year. We will be holding Board elections in August 2022 for any position with at least two candidates, positions running with an unopposed candidate will not require an election. Information on the current Board as well as nomination and election information is included in the attached. The current Stingray Board looks forward to hearing from our community with the next generation of parents that want to take a more active role in the Stingray swim team.
