Dear Stingray Parents,

So far this is what we know about Champs. It will be held at the Camp Moody YMCA at1220 Old San Antonio Rd, Buda, TX 78610

• Champs will be 3 sessions, 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. The Sat to Sun split will be at 10U, 11 and Up will be Sunday. Yes, this is both boys and girls.
• We are responsible for Timers and Scribes
• Meet will be 10 lanes.
• We will be given an assigned Zoo area with enough space for about 6 tents, see attached image.
• We can setup Friday night between 7pm and 8pm but anything we leave is at our own risk. Otherwise we can setup 6:30 each morning.
• We've asked about bringing a generator, no answer yet.
• No golf carts 
• YMCA will be streaming via a YouTube feed, about a 10 second delay.
• Parking in back lot or at elementary school. No parking along road for emergency vehicle access.
• Spectator area will be for chairs only, no tents. A buffer zone will be in place from windows to chair area to allow for people to watch kids and then leave.
• On Deck Volunteers will be limited and identified by a sticker. Coaches will be limited on deck also, number wasn't given yet. Deck space is very small and will be active effort to reduce bodies as much as possible.
• Meet Director or Volunteer Coordinator (Betsy or Angie) to be identified as Point of Contact if there is a Swim Dispute. They will have to rep Stingrays ASAP to determine action.
