Stingray swim families, 

It is time for your weekly Board update on all things Stingray! See the updates below and please continue to be patient as we work through the numerous details that will allow us a successful swim season.
Also, we are aware of the Shady Hollow HOA notices regarding the leak at the Capistrano Pool. We do not believe this will impede our season so please continue to monitor your HOA email for updates on the pool repairs.

• Swim Team Tryouts: These will be held Sunday, May 16th, from 8:00 am - 11:00 am at the Capistrano pool. Please sign up if you need to attend tryouts at the link provided here https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4fa9a729a4fac34-stingray
• Junior Rays: The Board and the Coaches are thrilled to be able to continue with our Junior Ray program for our 6 and under swimmers who are not quite ready for Stingrays. Upon trying out, the coaches will let you know if your child is a Junior Ray or a Stingray.
• Practices: The start date for practices will be June 8th and we will follow the same schedule as in years past.

• Swim Meets: Our first meet will be our annual Fun Meet hosted on June 12th. The swim meet schedule is listed below. There will not be a traditional Champs meet this year. At the moment, the Board does not have the details around the meets or their format. We are working diligently with the other teams in the CCSL and will provide those updates as soon as we have them.

• Award Banquet: This will tentatively be held at the Capistrano Pool on Monday, July 26th.
